Nagarjuna reveals that the film Kuberaa is powerful and deals with hard-hitting truths that are increasingly relevant today. \u201cPeople are more aware, more educated, and more informed about what\u2019s happening around them, especially in areas like politics and the police system. But even then, it\u2019s difficult for a common man to truly grasp the scale of things. We hear about scams of 10K crore or 15K crore, but those numbers don\u2019t even feel real. I was shocked when I first heard the details of some of these scams from Sekhar.<\/p>\n
Sekhar Kammula constructs a compelling societal model in Kuberaa, delving into the complex dynamics and struggles between the rich, the middle class, and the poor. The film thoughtfully explores the interactions between these layers of society, and it\u2019s beautifully crafted.\u201d<\/p>\n
Nagarjuna recalled an incident that highlights Sekhar\u2019s meticulous and realistic approach to filmmaking. \u201cSekhar is very particular about keeping things grounded. In one scene, he told me, \u2018You\u2019re walking like a hero, please tone it down a bit.\u2019 I replied, \u2018But that\u2019s just how I walk!\u2019 He then asked me to hunch my shoulders slightly. It\u2019s those small touches that bring authenticity to the performance.\u201d<\/p>\n
Nag also revealed the one thing he told Sekhar before they began filming: \u201cYou have to live up to my expectations.\u201d<\/p>\n
