A 67-year-old man has died after ‘collapsing’ in a shop, Greater Manchester Police<\/a> have confirmed.<\/p>\n Emergency services were called to Chapel Street in Audenshaw at 10.35am on Thursday (June 12) morning following ‘concerns for the welfare of a man’. The Manchester Evening News understands the man had collapsed in the Best One shop on Audenshaw Precinct.<\/p>\n Police have now confirmed that the man died at the scene. There are not thought to be any suspicious circumstances.<\/p>\n A GMP spokesperson said: “Emergency services were called at around 10.35am to concerns for the welfare of a man at a store on Chapel Street, Audenshaw.<\/p>\n “Sadly, despite their best efforts, a man aged 67 died at the scene.
