A MAJOR furniture retailer has opened its biggest ever UK store in Glasgow.<\/p>\n

Furniture Village welcomed customers to the brand new flagship branch in the heart of the city. <\/p>\n

The family-owned business has moved into the former Peter Vardy CARZ showroom<\/a> just off the M8 motorway in the Hillington area.<\/p>\n

Approaching 50,000 sq ft of selling space, the new location is twice the size of a typical Furniture Village store and a full 30 per cent larger than its previous record-setter in Croydon.<\/p>\n

The brand new Glasgow<\/a> branch delivers the “most comprehensive product showcase in the brand\u2019s history”.<\/p>\n

It features over 90 upholstery groups, more than 90 dining ranges, and upwards of 70 beds.<\/p>\n

There is best-selling furniture from household-name brands like Tempur, G Plan, Laura Ashley and Hypnos, alongside premium design-led collections available exclusively at the Glasgow store, including Marinelli, Italia Living, and Bontempi.<\/p>\n

Customers can save an extra \u00a350 off sale prices for every \u00a3500 spent runs until August 17 at the store. <\/p>\n

Visitors will also have the chance to enter a competition to win \u00a32,500 to spend at the Glasgow store. <\/p>\n

Shoppers can also relax with complimentary coffee and freshly baked cookies in one of the caf\u00e9 bar areas while exploring the store.<\/p>\n
