Mullingar personal trainer, CJ Scally, has published his second book, called \u2018The Life of a Personal Trainer, The Wins, The Losses and The Truth’.<\/p>\n
CJ\u2019s new book is a follow-up to his first, \u2018Your 8 Week Plan\u2019, which looked at all aspects of getting into shape in eight weeks.<\/p>\n
CJ works as an online personal trainer, and also provided training on a one-to-one basis with clients.<\/p>\n
He said: \u201cIt’s written for personal trainers, business owners, fitness professionals, and anyone curious about building a life in this industry.<\/p>\n
\u201cI was just between clients one day, and I said to myself, I’ve been in this industry 13 years, and I see a lot of people failing in the industry, so what if I could write something that would help them.<\/p>\n
\u201cThis is a great industry to work in, and I’d love more people to try it and get involved.<\/p>\n
\u201cI feel like I can help these people, because I’m doing this job such a long time, and many people quit after a short time, simply down to burnout and finding it difficult to run a business like this.<\/p>\n
\u201cWith that in mind, I’ve put all of the strategies and tools I’ve acquired over the years into these books, and hopefully that can help people achieve their dreams.\u201d<\/p>\n
