King Charles and Queen Camilla appeared to be in good spirits as they rode in a carriage along The Mall during Trooping the Colour – but a lip reader has claimed they were discussing Prince HarryKing Charles speaking to Queen Camilla at Trooping the Colour<\/p>\n

King Charles<\/a> was caught discussing concerns about Prince Harry<\/a> with Queen Camilla<\/a> during Trooping the Colour, a lip reader claims.<\/p>\n

While riding in a carriage along The Mall and acknowledging onlookers with smiles and waves, it seemed the royals were also addressing more serious matters.<\/p>\n

Lip reader Nicola Hickling told the Express<\/a>, suggested that the monarch, aged 76, and his 77-year-old wife were chatting discreetly about an issue related to Harry.<\/p>\n

This follows Prince Harry’s comments to the BBC last month about King Charles’ reluctance to engage with him.<\/p>\n

Nicola believes she saw Charles telling Camilla to “wave and smile so that we can keep talking” whilst passing the public. Allegedly, Camilla then asked: “Yes. What else did he want?” to which Charles reportedly responded: “He keeps dragging it all up, there seems to be another issue, right now.”<\/p>\n

The lip reader claimed this conversation revolved around Prince Harry. She also noted that Camilla questioned Charles: “What are you going to do about it?”<\/p>\n

Charles apparently answered: “We will tackle it sooner or later, it’s all very messy and I will talk to Harry. That’ll be fun.” Camilla supposedly commented: “Oh yes, problematic.”<\/p>\n

The occasion marks yet another year Prince Harry has been absent from the ceremony, having last attended in 2022.<\/p>\n

In another conversation caught during today’s events by lip reader Jeremy Freeman and reported by the Scottish Daily Express<\/a>, King Charles was seen remarking to Queen Camilla: “Absolutely crazy, disgrace, absolutely extraordinary.”<\/p>\n

Subsequently, the 76-year-old monarch was observed saying: “On my way out”, followed by: “Meanwhile, not like me. That’s the difference between me and him.”<\/p>\n

Despite any underlying friction, both King Charles and Queen Camilla looked pleased during the event, which is a yearly celebration in honor of the monarch’s official birthday.<\/p>\n

Aside from his exchange with Queen Camilla, the events proceeded smoothly, with the King and Queen being photographed with younger family members including Prince William and Princess Kate, as well as their children Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis.<\/p>\n

Other royals at the event were Princess Anne, Duchess Sophie, and Prince Edward.
