And with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.teamtalk.com\/liverpool\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Liverpool<\/a> having quickly signed Jeremie Frimping and then struck on a club-record deal for Wirtz \u2013 understood to be ultimately worth \u20ac140m (\u00a3119.2m, $162m) \u2013 the Dutchman is far from done as far as incomings are concerned at Anfield this summer.<\/p>\n<p>Indeed, with a report on Saturday revealing Slot wants three more signings, including Milos Kerkez, done after Wirtz, the Reds boss\u2019s next two targets have now been identified.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>READ MORE<\/strong> \ud83d\udd34\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.teamtalk.com\/liverpool\/transfer-news-next-three-targets-after-florian-wirtz-named-major-arne-slot-sacrifice\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Next three signings after Wirtz named for Liverpool \u2013 but Slot must make big sacrifice first<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>However, it won\u2019t be all one-way traffic and the Reds, with the signing of Kerkez poised to take their spending through the \u00a3190m barrier, will need to sell before embarking on the rest of their summer recruitment drive.<\/p>\n<p>Now, according to reports in Italy, the Reds are edging closer to the exits of unwanted stars <a href=\"https:\/\/www.teamtalk.com\/darwin-nunez\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Darwin Nunez<\/a> and Federico Chiesa.<\/p>\n<p>And according to <a rel=\"noopener nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.repubblica.it\/sport\/calcio\/mercato\/2025\/06\/12\/diretta\/calciomercato_news_oggi-424663756\/\" target=\"_blank\">La Repubblica<\/a>, a possible move to bring the pair to Napoli is gathering pace, with the Serie A champions now ready to launch a daring double deal for both players.<\/p>\n<p>Per the report, the Reds are seeking a combined \u20ac105m (\u00a390m, $122m) for both players to leave this summer.<\/p>\n<p>And with Slot not standing in either player\u2019s way, they report an offer could be forthcoming some time next week, with boss Antonio Conte \u2018crazy\u2019 about signing the pair.<\/p>\n<p>The likely exit of Chiesa after just one, underwhelming season at Anfield, has also been confirmed by Romano, who has revealed the player\u2019s priority.<\/p>\n<p>Posting an update on <a rel=\"noopener nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/FabrizioRomano\/status\/1933830836622876960\" target=\"_blank\">X<\/a>, Romano stated: \u2018Federico Chiesa\u2019s desire remains to leave Liverpool and play on a regular basis next season, despite his excellent relationship with everyone at the club.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Priority remains Italy return for Chiesa as Napoli made contact be informed.\u2019<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>IN-DEPTH<\/strong>\u00a0\u27a1\ufe0f\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.teamtalk.com\/liverpool\/liverpool-biggest-sales-most-expensive-departures#:~:text=Luis%20Suarez%20%E2%80%93%20%C2%A375m&amp;text=Indeed%2C%20when%20the%20time%20came,Torres%2C%20costing%20%C2%A322.8m.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Top 10 most expensive Liverpool sales of all time that make mockery of free Alexander-Arnold exit<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Liverpool transfers: Nunez cleared to leave as Slot eyes triple addition<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Whether Napoli can fund the move for both players remains to be seen, however, and Liverpool\u2019s demands for a fee of \u00a370m (\u20ac82m, $95m) for the Uruguayan could yet throw a spanner in the works.<\/p>\n<p>What is clear, though, is that the 25-year-old will depart Anfield this summer after three mixed seasons on Merseyside. Seen as too wasteful in front of goal and not of the ability to perform to Slot\u2019s requirements in the centre forward position, the Reds have let it be known to suitors they will not stand in his way if their valuation is met.<\/p>\n<p>Interest does remain in the player from Saudi Arabia, though it is thought he will continue to block such overtures.<\/p>\n<p>Al-Hilal, now managed by former Inter coach Simeone Izaghi, remain keen, though Nunez wants to continue his career in one of Europe\u2019s top leagues.
