The summer transfer window is open and it appears that Celtic are determined to get their business done early.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Kieran Tierney was officially unveiled by Celtic<\/a> this week as the former Arsenal man made his long-awaited return to Paradise.<\/p>\n

Celtic\u2019s pursuit of Benjamin Nygren<\/a> has also taken a turn for the better as the Swede is reportedly said to have agreed terms with Brendan Rodgers.<\/p>\n

However, there is one name that simply will not go away and Simon Donnelly<\/a> has told Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers<\/a> he could easily play for his side.<\/p>\n

Donnelly is clearly a huge fan of Lennon Miller<\/a> and after watching him help Scotland dismantle Liechtenstein<\/a>, the former Celtic striker says he would be perfect for Rodgers\u2019 team.<\/p>\n

Donnelly told Superscoreboard [35m<\/strong>], \u201cI think he\u2019d fit in, no problem at all. I think the lad, at 18 years of age, has showed in the time he\u2019s been in the Motherwell team, listening to people that are closer around him than myself, looking from afar, he\u2019s got a good head on his shoulders.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe\u2019s got a father who will be heavily influencing him through his experience in the game. And he looked as if he\u2019d been a Scotland player all these days the other day. <\/p>\n

\u201cI know people will say about the opposition, but it still can faze young lads coming in to make their first start for their nation.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd it didn\u2019t faze him. I thought he was a top performer. I just think he\u2019s going to get better and better.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere\u2019s a lot of interest out there. I think he would fit in perfectly at Celtic, whether that price tag is going to be out of reach for Celtic time will tell.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Celtic will be in Lennon Miller\u2019s \u2018thought process\u2019<\/p>\n

Miller has been constantly spoken about in Celtic circles<\/a> and many believe the Motherwell man will make his big move this summer.<\/p>\n

When asked if Miller will think about Celtic<\/a> when deciding his next big move, Donnelly has no doubt the Parkhead club will be right up there.<\/p>\n

Donnelly continued, \u201cIt\u2019s got to be something that he really considers because he\u2019s a first-team football player now and he has been for two seasons. He\u2019s got himself into the Scotland set up. <\/p>\n

\u201cFor his development, he has to be playing and that is a big factor for him in his next move. I think back to my debut, I was 19, but as soon as you get that wee take, you don\u2019t want to go back into reserves and you don\u2019t want to go back into sitting on a bench and not playing. <\/p>\n

\u201cFor his development, for him and from a selfish point of view, from the Scotland side, you want to see him playing week in, week out. So that\u2019s got to be in his thought process and I\u2019m sure it will be.\u201d<\/p>\n

With two Scotland caps to his name, Miller looked right at home in Steve Clarke\u2019s Scotland team.<\/p>\n

Celtic, however, are a completely different animal. With Callum McGregor, Reo Hatate, Arne Engels, Luke McCowan and Paulo Bernardo all competing for the three Bhoys midfield places, Miller would have his work cut out at Parkhead.<\/p>\n
