It will showcase numerous awards under Osbourne’s belt, including accolades relating to his five Grammys and his Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction.

The free exhibition will also show photography, video footage and more, highlighting his journey to becoming a metal legend. A free Black Sabbath photography exhibition will be unveiled on June 25th in Victoria Square, alongside a mural paying tribute to the band painted by internet sensation Mr Murals.

Speaking of the new exhibitions, wife Sharon Osbourne said in a statement, “Ozzy is proof that no matter where you start in life, with passion, grit, and a little bit of madness, you can achieve the extraordinary. This exhibition is a thank you to the fans and the city of Birmingham — the place where it all began. We’re so proud to bring it home.”

The Central Business Improvement District chair of Birmingham added to her comment, stating, “Ozzy Osbourne and Black Sabbath helped shape modern music and put Birmingham on the global cultural map. It will be livestreamed across the internet for fans across the world to see.

An increasingly loud series of doubts circling the show have surfaced, due to the many moving parts as well as Osbourne’s diminishing health. Osbourne himself recently said in an interview: “All I can say is I’m giving 120 per cent. If my God wants me to do the show, I’ll do it.”

Elsewhere, Sharon has stirred up more drama by axing an as-yet unknown band from the bill of the gig, due to their manager “making up bullshit lies.”

Related Topics

The Far Out Music Newsletter

All the latest music news from the independant voice of culture.
Straight to your inbox.

(Credits: Far Out / Ozzy Osbourne) Sun 15 June 2025 13:25, UK A free-to-see exhibition celebrating Ozzy Osbourne…

[7820
855,19160,748,393,4884,29260,16,15
0":"post-186471","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-birmingham","8":"tag-birmingham","9":"tag-black-sabbath","10":"tag-britain","11":"tag-england","12":"tag-great-britain","13":"tag-ozzy-osbourne","14":"tag-uk","15":"tag-united-kingdom
["GET
