In a new social media post, the 50-year-old fitness trainer flaunts her fat-free figure on workout equipment. \u201cThe springs remember. And so does she. A new era is rising at<a rel=\"noopener noreferrer external\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/explore\/tags\/studio3500\/\" target=\"_blank\"> #studio3500<\/a> \ud83e\ude70\ud83e\udd0e,\u201d she <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer external\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DKz3SNguimS\/\" target=\"_blank\">captioned the pos<\/a>t. How does the fitness pro stay in such fantastic shape? Here are a few of her key diet and fitness habits.<\/p>\n<p>Tracy is not a fan of crash diets. \u201cI firmly believe that you must have a choice in what you reach for to nourish yourself, or you are sacrificing a primal, guttural tool you need to survive and thrive. Diets that over control you switch off inner conversations that define your mental and physical health,\u201d she wrote in a blog post. She doesn\u2019t believe in specific portion sizes; instead, she eats until she feels nourished.<\/p>\n<p>Tracy doesn\u2019t eat any processed food. \u201cOne thing I believe about balance is we have to harvest our nutrition from the earth and know there is no such thing as prepackaged nutrition. The truth is your workout takes a little time and your food prep takes a little time, but the return on your investment is a lot more quality time,\u201d she added in her blog.<\/p>\n<p>Tracy starts the day with a popular ayurvedic drink: Lemon water. \u201cI start my morning with lemon water mixed with a teaspoon of olive oil and a pinch of sea salt,\u201d she revealed in the blog.<\/p>\n<p>Tracy starts the day with a coffee, which she drinks black \u201cwith a thin layer of oat milk foam\u201d on top. \u201cFor breakfast, I opt for an apple blueberry pure\u0301e. It has a wholesome sweetness to it, which gives me energy throughout the start of the day,\u201d she said.\u00a0For lunch, she eats a\u00a0<a rel=\"noopener noreferrer external\" href=\"https:\/\/tracyanderson.com\/recipes\/hot-broccoli-and-cauliflower-salad\/\" target=\"_blank\">hot broccoli and cauliflower salad<\/a>, as well as a parsnip, carrot, pea, and herb pur\u00e9e. \u201cIt leaves me satisfied, but never sluggish,\u201d she added. If she snacks, she will eat half of a dark chocolate bar, a dairy-free, allergen-free Enjoy Life chocolate bar, or an additional portion of the fruit purees. \u201cIf I feel my mind is spinning\u2014and I have nowhere to drive\u2014I will opt for one crisp glass of wine,\u201d she said. \u201cFor dinner, I would pair a fennel and pea soup with an herb-roasted black cod. The soup is super flavorful and light, and the cod is protein-packed and surprisingly hearty.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\t<a rel=\"noopener noreferrer external\" href=\"https:\/\/instagram.com\/p\/DKz3SNguimS\/?igsh=MWw3dzZqeHljeHRiNw==\" target=\"_blank\"><\/p>\n<p>Tracy exercises like it\u2019s her job. \u201cIf you don\u2019t work out one day, you\u2019re going to stay the same or gain weight. It\u2019s fine if you want to give yourself a day to rest, but know that as long as you\u2019re not exercising in a way that\u2019s invasive to your body, you can exercise seven days a week,\u201d she told People. \u201cIt cracks me up when people say, \u2018How long do I have to commit to this exercise program?\u2019 or \u2018How long until I can just do this two to three days a week?\u2019 That\u2019s not reality. We need to get used to taking care of our bodies. To put it in perspective: We spend five minutes a day brushing our teeth, and teeth are tiny in comparison to the rest of our bodies. So if teeth take up five minutes of your day, the rest of your body can take up 30 to 60 minutes.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<script async src=\"\/\/www.instagram.com\/embed.js\"><\/script><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Tracy Anderson is breaking a sweat in her bikini.
