There\u2019s a claim in the Turkish media that Besiktas have decided the transfer fee for Semih K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7soy.<\/p>\n

The 20-year-old forward has been linked with a move to England in recent weeks following reports of interest from Aston Villa and Leeds United.<\/p>\n

Sabah<\/a>\u00a0report on the latest development regarding the future of K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7soy after reports the Istanbul club were looking to loan out the youngster.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s claimed Besiktas are still hoping to find a loan with Aston Villa and Leeds United still reportedly pursuing the attacker, but they also want to add a \u20ac20m option to buy into the agreement.<\/p>\n

K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7soy himself is said to be keen on a move to Europe after finding his chances limited last season.<\/p>\n

Last month we covered reports<\/a> Leeds United were looking to enter transfer talks with Besiktas over a loan deal for the forward. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer reportedly held meetings with the scouting team with regards to letting the player go out on a temporary deal.<\/p>\n

Aston Villa have also been linked with the Turkey international following reports<\/a> in May they were looking to sign him. Villa were also linked with the player last summer when they reportedly made an offer.<\/p>\n

K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7soy made 36 appearances for the Black Eagles this season, scoring four goals.
