The body of a man has been discovered in Llanelli. Dyfed-Powys Police are appealing for information after the man’s body was discovered at North Dock, Llanelli<\/a> on Sunday, June 15.<\/p>\n The force said the man’s death was not being treated as suspicious at this time, however enquiries are ongoing. The force also said they were aware of images circulating online of the incident, and urged people not to share them. Don\u2019t miss a court report by signing up to our crime newsletter here<\/a>.<\/p>\n A spokesperson said: “Dyfed-Powys Police is appealing for information after the body of a man was found near to the river at North Dock, Llanelli on Sunday, June 15.<\/p>\n “Officers attended the area after receiving a call at 12.15pm.<\/p>\n “The death is not being treated as suspicious at this time but we\u2019re carrying out enquiries to establish the circumstances surrounding the death.<\/p>\n “We are also aware that images of this incident have been circulating online. We ask that you do not share them out of respect for the man that has sadly died.”<\/p>\n Witnesses said they saw a large number of police officers at the scene, as well as paramedics. They said access to North Dock had been blocked off while officers worked at the scene.<\/p>\n Police asked anyone with information to get in touch via their website<\/a>, by emailing 101@dyfed-powys.police.uk or by calling 101, and quoting reference 155 of 15th.<\/p>\n
