Chasing perfection instead of consistency<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019re either all in or off track, you\u2019ll stay stuck. Aim for B+ effort, every day &#8211; that wins.<\/p>\n<p> 2. Cutting carbs randomly<\/p>\n<p>You don\u2019t lose fat by removing roti or rice. You lose it by creating a calorie deficit that still keeps you full and sane.<\/p>\n<p> 3. Following what influencers eat, without context<\/p>\n<p>Your lifestyle, body, and goals are different. Trying to outwork your diet with cardio<\/p>\n<p>Fat loss doesn\u2019t happen through running, spinning, and sweating more. It happens through what you eat.
