Michael: Hi Phil, Should Crystal Palace be
\nworried after Court of Arbitration for Sport’s decision to remove Drogheda United from
\nthe Conference League? Is this another example of big clubs getting leniency,
\nwhilst smaller community-based clubs don’t receive the same treatment? Thanks.<\/b><\/p>\n

I think there will certainly be a concern at
\nCrystal Palace until this is settled \u2013 but I hope it is because they have
\nearned their place in Europe.<\/p>\n

I really felt for Drogheda United, who were
\npunished because they are owned by the Trivela Group, with Danish side
\nSilkeborg, who are in the Conference League, also under the Trivela umbrella.<\/p>\n

Uefa are still deliberating on Palace after
\nbeing told that John Textor, who also owns Lyon, did not take decisions on the
\nclub\u2019s behalf as he only has 25% voting rights.<\/p>\n

Textor is also trying to sell his stake in the
\nclub, which Palace hope strengthens their case.<\/p>\n
