Gabby Agbonlahor has not always seen eye to eye with Leeds United supporters. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Since Leeds United<\/a> gained promotion to the Premier League, the former Aston Villa<\/a> player turned pundit has taken aim at the Whites a few times already. <\/p>\n

Supporters at Elland Road have made their feelings known towards Agbonlahor<\/a>, and he has now taken another shot back. <\/p>\n

Daniel Farke<\/a> had an excellent Championship season with Leeds and gained promotion to the top as champions.<\/p>\n

It was not always smooth sailing for the West Yorkshire outfit, but Farke showed that he certainly has what it takes to succeed with his side. <\/p>\n\nPlayed<\/td>\nWon<\/td>\nDrawn<\/td>\nLost<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n\n46<\/td>\n29<\/td>\n13<\/td>\n4<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Leeds had an excellent season.<\/p>\n

Nevertheless, the task that lies ahead in the Premier League next season is not easy<\/a>, and the German will be hoping to break the curse of newly promoted sides coming straight back down. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Leeds supporters will also get the chance to meet Agbonlahor<\/a> along the way, with his beloved Aston Villa set to face Farke\u2019s men again. <\/p>\n

Agbonlahor has admitted he is looking forward to the occasion, though, as he was asked live on talkSPORT (17 June, 9:56 am) what his dream opening fixture would be for Aston Villa next season. <\/p>\n

He replied: \u201cAston Villa should play Leeds United at home. Because me and Leeds have a bit of tension, and obviously, I want us to get on to a nice, easy win against Leeds.\u201d<\/p>\n

The fixtures for the new Premier League season will be announced on Wednesday (18 June).<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Farke ready to prove the Premier League wrong<\/strong><\/p>\n

Naturally, the odds are going to be against the newly promoted sides in the Premier League, as the fight to survive gets harder each year. <\/p>\n

There were already questions being asked of Farke at Elland Road<\/a> this summer, with suggestions that he may struggle at the top due to his previous tenure with Norwich<\/a>. <\/p>\n

However, Paraag Marathe and the 49ers<\/a> have stood beside the German, and he will be eager to repay that faith by showing exactly what his side is capable of next term. <\/p>\n

There is a big summer ahead, but the West Yorkshire outfit knows what it takes to succeed at the top, and everyone will need to pull together to produce those levels. <\/p>\n

Whenever Leeds do meet Villa, there will no doubt be some friendly digs from the Whites supporters, hoping that they can hilariously silence Agbonlahor.<\/p>\n
