The specialist says consuming a glass of water with cloves can offer various advantages for your body.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">These can include detoxing your liver, aiding in digestion and reducing inflammation, decreasing cravings and helping with better <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mirror.co.uk\/all-about\/sleep\" target=\"_self\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">sleep<\/a>. The drink has also been praised for its antiviral and antibacterial properties.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">You can usually find whole cloves at any <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mirror.co.uk\/money\/shopping-deals\/\" target=\"_self\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">supermarket <\/a>without any difficulty. <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mirror.co.uk\/all-about\/tesco\" target=\"\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">Tesco<\/a> currently has a 30g pack of whole cloves for \u00a31, and Asda&#8217;s 34g pack is also \u00a31. This means you can whip up a glass of clove water for just a few pennies.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">Dr Eric Berg DC, author of the bestselling book, <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.co.uk\/Healthy-Keto-Plan-Weight-Great-ebook\/dp\/B075QXRPVB\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"The Healthy Keto PlanLink opens in a new tab.\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">The Healthy Keto Plan<\/a>, specialises in healthy ketosis and intermittent fasting. He detailed the benefits of daily clove water consumption on his TikTok page, which has a following of 2m.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">Dr Berg says clove water has a number health benefits.
