The firm surveyed 500 business owners and also found:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-8 ai-optimize-introduction\">51% have already or will freeze pay.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-8 ai-optimize-introduction\">59% are planning to cut hours.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-8 ai-optimize-introduction\">59% are looking to automation to replace staff.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-9\">More than four in ten (41%) UK business owners say they have fast-tracked their exit strategies over the last year thanks to cuts to business property relief, while one in five also said Rayner\u2019s Employment Rights Bill could hurt them.
