HERE<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\nFans who were lucky enough to bag a ticket for the reunion shows will now find out which area of the audience they will be.<\/p>\n
This is between the sought after front area of the show, to get a chance to get up closer to the Gallaghers onstage, or in the general admission area further from the stage.<\/p>\n
An update from the Oasis Instagram account told fans: “Ticketmaster is sending [an] email to the lucky winners of the ballot for front standing area at Heaton Park gigs.”<\/p>\n

Attendees previously had the option to apply for the front, which was allocated separately for safety.<\/p>\n
An email sent to ticketholders said: “The Safety Advisory Group for the Heaton Park shows have divided the concert arena into two areas: a general admission area and a front standing area each with a dedicated ticket and entry gate issued in advance.<\/p>\n
“This is to ensure fan safety and improve the fan experience whilst entering the site.<\/p>\n
“All general admission ticketholders are being given the opportunity to opt in to gain access to the front standing area. If the number of opt-in requests exceeds availability, tickets will be allocated at random from the pool of applicants.”<\/p>\n
Now, fans are reacting excitedly as their front-row position is confirmed.<\/p>\n
Taking to social media, one lucky fan wrote: “I got front! Does it mean you\u2019re guaranteed front or it\u2019s still first come first served but just for people with the allocation.”<\/p>\n
Another posted: “Got front standing in my email – see you all there on the 20th!”<\/p>\n
A third wrote: “I got mine, Front allocated standing, delighted.”<\/p>\n
Unfortunately others were not so lucky and were allocated to the general admission area.<\/p>\n
One disappointed fan wrote: “General admission for the nights of 11th and 16th. Definitely a let down.”<\/p>\n
Another posted: “Got GA it\u2019s an absolute joke, people paying all this money and not even getting the choice of going earlier to get front standing.<\/p>\n
“I get it\u2019s for safety but just do it the traditional way instead of this ballot s***e.”<\/p>\n
One fan got general admission, but said they’re still excited, writing: “Well, didn’t get the email. gonna have an amazing time in anyway, but it is a bit of a disappointment.”<\/p>\n
The shows will happen at Heaton Park on July 11, 12, 16, 19 and 20, with each area allocated a ticket and entry gate to ensure fan safety.<\/p>\n
