NFL Hall of Famer Troy Aikman<\/strong><\/a> has some very famous neighbors at his home in northern California \u2014 but their paths haven\u2019t crossed yet.\u00a0<\/p>\n

In an exclusive interview with Us Weekly, the former Dallas Cowboys quarterback, 58, said he\u2019s been spending part of his summer at his property in Montecito, near the residence of Prince Harry<\/strong><\/a> and his wife, Meghan Markle<\/strong><\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cI haven\u2019t run into them,\u201d Aikman said, while speaking to Us about his EIGHT Elite Light Beer. \u201cBut they are there, from what I can gather. I think anyone with a heartbeat knows that they\u2019re out there. But I\u2019m not hanging with them, that\u2019s for sure.\u201d<\/p>\n

Aikman joked, \u201cI don\u2019t think they\u2019re drinking much light beer.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Lemonada Media-produced podcast premiered in April and featured the Duchess of Sussex, 43, seeking advice from other successful female entrepreneurs while building her own brand, As Ever. For the show\u2019s first season, Meghan talked to [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n

While he might not be sharing any cold ones with the Duke, 40, and Duchess, 43, this summer, Aikman explained how he still manages to enjoy a few beers while being in \u201cthe best shape of my life.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m more mindful of what I\u2019m eating and what I\u2019m consuming,\u201d Aikman said of his dedication to health and wellness. \u201cNo processed foods. Those who know me know I love beer. But those who know me know I also love to work out. They thought, well, isn\u2019t that a contradiction of your lifestyle? Instead, I think it\u2019s a total compliment because I really do feel like life has to be celebrated.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

Aikman, who retired in 2001 after 12 seasons with the Cowboys, admitted that there\u2019s \u201cno question\u201d it\u2019s gotten harder to stay in shape as he\u2019s gotten older \u2014 which has led to him trying out some unconventional methods.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cA lot of players give it up when they retire just because they\u2019ve been doing it their entire lives,\u201d Aikman, who now works as the color analyst on ESPN\u2019s Monday Night Football<\/a> explained. \u201cIt is a real commitment. For me, I hate the word obsessed \u2014 it\u2019s almost like perfectionism. I have been pretty consumed in my health and wellness as I\u2019ve learned more.\u201d<\/p>\n

He continued, \u201cI\u2019ve done all the biohacking stuff. I don\u2019t even want to begin telling you how many hours it takes of my day, between workouts, saunas, cold plunges, hyperbaric chambers, all of it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Taking to Instagram on Tuesday, April 29, Meghan, 43, shared four Stories that each provided glimpses into the sprawling grounds of the couple\u2019s Montecito, California, estate. The first clip showed Meghan, who purchased the $14.65 million mansion with Harry, 40, [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n
