Two Weeks to Live<\/a>, the revenge thriller starring Maisie Williams<\/a> and Sian Clifford<\/a>, has landed a new streaming home in the UK. <\/p>\n

The six-part limited series<\/a> sees Williams portray Kim Noakes, a young “misfit” who has been raised in isolation by her mother, Tina (Clifford). After turning 21 years of age, Kim embarks on a vengeful mission to honour her late father’s memory.<\/p>\n

Originally airing on Sky One and Max in 2020, Two Weeks to Live<\/a> has found a new streaming home in the UK, with audiences now able to view all six episodes on Prime Video<\/a> after they were added to the service today. <\/p>\n

Co-starring Jason Flemyng and Mawaan Rizwan, the series received generally positive reviews from critics upon its release, with the comedy-thriller currently possessing an approval rating of 77% on Rotten Tomatoes<\/a> from 13 reviews. <\/p>\n

In our review of the series<\/a>, we branded Two Weeks to Live as “riotous fun” and a “far-fetched action bonanza”, adding that each episode possessed a “ton of heart and soul” while being “gloriously funny”.<\/p>\n

“Williams retains her youthful charm, as well as the fighting skills she acquired on Game of Thrones<\/a>,” wrote the Sydney Morning Herald<\/a>, while The Age<\/a> praised the series for its “comic book brutality, snarky dialogue” and “mordant sense of humour”.<\/p>\n

The Times<\/a> praised Clifford for giving the show “heft” amid the “well-choreographed” action sequences, while The Guardian<\/a> said the series contained “a charm all of its own” despite its “insta-familiarity”.<\/p>\n

RadioTimes<\/a> similarly praised Clifford as they dubbed the actor the “standout”, while NME<\/a> said it was “one of 2020’s best new shows” as they likened the “witty humour” to Hot Fuzz and Brassic.<\/p>\n

While Two Weeks to Live is currently streaming, Williams<\/a> will soon be seen alongside Bill Nighy and Roman Griffin Davis in 500 Miles<\/a>, a road film in which a musician and teenage runaway embark on a journey across Ireland to reconnect with the latter’s grandfather.<\/p>\n
