Samsung is jumping on the trend with its AI-powered Running Coach, designed to help runners optimize their training program.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Made for beginners, Running Coach fine-tunes its suggested intensity, providing motivation, guidance, and personalized training programs that incorporate a user&#8217;s fitness data to help them reach their exercise goals. Bedtime Guidance analyzes your past three days of sleep to determine the best time to go to sleep every night. It takes into account &#8220;need for sleep pressure&#8221; and circadian rhythm to create a sleep schedule that works for the Galaxy Watch wearer.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Samsung says this feature is great for those with irregular sleep patterns.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\" alt=\"samsung-galaxy-watch-vascular-load\" width=\"1280\" height=\"853.3333333333333\" fetchpriority=\"low\"\/>   Samsung\/ZDNETVascular Load<\/p>\n<p>How stressed is your heart while you sleep? Samsung&#8217;s Vascular Load feature will tell you.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Several factors impact a heart&#8217;s ability to dip during the night and initiate recovery. Stress, that is, a higher heart rate, should decrease during sleep, and a higher heart rate throughout the night could signal overall poorer cardiovascular health, Samsung says in the press release.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Vascular Load measures a user&#8217;s heart rate throughout the night and uses the insights it gains through exercise and stress data during the day to encourage healthier habits and lifestyle changes.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\" alt=\"samsung-galaxy-watch-antioxidant-index\" width=\"1280\" height=\"853.3333333333333\" fetchpriority=\"low\"\/>   Samsung\/ZDNETAntioxidant Index\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Certain activities and behaviors can inhibit recovery and fitness progress. Alcohol, smoking, UV exposure, stress, and poor sleep are a few of the factors that Samsung claims accelerate aging and increase free radicals. The solution? Antioxidants, Samsung says.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Samsung&#8217;s Antioxidant Index measures antioxidants found in green and orange fruits and vegetables (known as carotenoids).
