Former Bachelor host Chris Harrison<\/strong><\/a> has a hot take on Meghan Markle<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s social media return.<\/p>\n

\u201cMeghan Markle finally had a very small victory,\u201d Harrison, 53, said on the Tuesday, June 17, episode of his and wife Lauren Zima<\/strong>\u2019s \u201cThrough the Drama\u201d podcast<\/a>. \u201cShe finally had what seemed like a normal moment [and] it went viral. She was dancing with [Prince] Harry<\/strong> in the hospital room.\u201d<\/p>\n

Meghan, 43, uploaded a throwback Instagram video<\/a> earlier this month, in which she and husband Harry, 40, were seen grooving to the viral \u201cBaby Mama Dance\u201d just moments before she gave birth to her daughter, Princess Lilibet, in 2021. (Harry and Meghan also share a son, Prince Archie, who was born in 2019.)<\/p>\n

\u201cIt actually made her look just, like, a normal human being,\u201d Harrison quipped. \u201cShe can\u2019t take the win of just letting it go. She\u2019s like, \u2018Remember when I had that moment?\u2019 It\u2019s just cringe, and she can\u2019t get out of her own way. God bless her.\u201d<\/p>\n

Meghan, for her part, recently defended posting the footage.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou have to be authentic,\u201d she said on the latest episode of Emma Grede<\/strong>\u2019s \u201cAspire\u201d podcast<\/a>, stressing she and Harry filmed the clip four years ago. \u201cIt\u2019s also a really great reminder that with all the noise or whatever people do, there\u2019s still a whole life \u2014 a real, authentic, fun life \u2014 that\u2019s happening behind the scenes.\u201d<\/p>\n

She added, \u201cI\u2019m just grateful that now, being back on social as well, I have a place where I can share it on my own terms.\u201d<\/p>\n

Meghan shuttered her social media profiles, as well as her The Tig lifestyle blog, before marrying King Charles III<\/strong>\u2019s son Harry in 2018. She relaunched her Instagram<\/a> earlier this year while growing her various businesses. (Meghan and Harry stepped down from their duties as senior working royals in 2020, relocating to California with their kids.)<\/p>\n

You should see me sitting there trying to figure the magnet on things. I don\u2019t have key lights and I don\u2019t have all this business yet, but I don\u2019t know if you need it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Meghan continued, \u201cPart of it is just being able to authentically share in real time the things that are happening that I think someone might be able to laugh with or enjoy or be inspired by.\u201d<\/p>\n
