\n\tThe Royal Ascot<\/a> 2025 has once again provided a stage for the British royal family to display their tradition of wearing significant and historic accessories, each piece carrying its own story and heritage.<\/p>\n

\n\tOn Tuesday, Prince William<\/a> attended the event solo, wearing his Omega<\/a> Seamaster Diver 300m, a watch gifted to him by his late mother, Princess Diana<\/a>, before her passing in 1997. The midsize quartz model features a blue, wave-patterned date dial, a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, a unidirectional rotating bezel, a chronometer, a screw-in crown and a helium-escape valve. William is often seen in public events sporting the watch.<\/p>\n

\n\tKing Charles II, who opted for pastel colors on the first day of royal-ascot<\/a> on Monday, wore a distinctive tie pin featuring a royal cypher with the letter \u201cA\u201d in diamonds and enamel. The crown atop the cypher is reminiscent of those used for Greek monarchs, highlighting a subtle connection to European royal traditions. <\/p>\n

\n\tQueen Camilla sported two historic brooches. On Monday, she wore the Cullinan V brooch, which features an 18.8-carat heart-shaped diamond from the historic Cullinan diamond. This brooch was originally set under the supervision of Queen Mary. Camilla first wore it on Coronation Day in May 2023, where it was affixed to the front of her coronation crown, which was also made for Queen Mary.<\/p>\n

\n\tFor the second day of Royal Ascot, Queen Camilla wore the Cambridge Emerald Cluster brooch for the first time. This grand diamond and emerald jewel has been part of the royal family\u2019s jewelry collection for over 200 years. It was first reported to be acquired by Princess Augusta, Duchess of Cambridge, in the 1890s. Queen Elizabeth II also wore this piece throughout her life. <\/p>\n

\n\tPrincess Anne chose to wear her gold, sapphire and pearl drop earrings, along with a three-row pearl necklace that belonged to her late mother, Queen Elizabeth II. She also wore her diamond and pearl brooch, a piece she has owned since the 1960s when she became a working royal. <\/p>\n

\n\tThe Royal Ascot 2025 will run through Saturday at Ascot Racecourse.
