Bryson looks to dial in iron play heading into Sunday at Augusta<\/p>\n

Bryson DeChambeau says he’ll keep the pedal down while cleaning up iron play as he looks to stay in the hunt at Augusta.<\/p>\n

The Masters<\/p>\n

Bryson DeChambeau<\/a>\u00a0ended his third round<\/a> at the\u00a0Masters<\/a> with an exclamation point.<\/p>\n

DeChambeau\u00a0capped off Saturday at Augusta National by sinking an unbelievable 48-foot putt from off the green to record a birdie on hole No. 18, bringing him to 10-under on the tournament and only two strokes behind leader Rory McIlroy<\/a> (-12). DeChambeau caught fire as the round wrapped up and birdied three of the final four holes to take sole possession of second place. Corey Conners\u00a0<\/a>(-8) finished the day in third place.<\/p>\n

The putt on No. 18 was reminiscent of his birdie on hole No. 1<\/a>, where he hit in a 45-foot putt to open the third round on Saturday. DeChambeau finished 3-under for the day with six birdies and three bogeys total.<\/p>\n

MASTERS, ROUND THREE: <\/strong>McIlroy leads, DeChambeau ends with epic putt<\/a><\/p>\n

DeChambeau\u00a0and McIlroy will be paired for the fourth and final round on Sunday with a green jacket up for grabs. It will mark a rematch of the 2024 U.S. Open, which DeChambeau won over McIlroy by one stroke. McIlroy had a two-stroke lead over DeChambeau with four holes remaining, but he bogeyed three of the final four holes and finished in second place.<\/p>\n

DeChambeau, one of seven LIV golfers to make the cut into the weekend, and McIlroy are both vying for their first Masters win.<\/p>\n
