Interestingly, their views on the matter appear to be slightly different.<\/p>\n<p>William and Middleton got married in 2011, and they have three children: George, Charlotte, and Louis. Middleton is planning her phased return to royal duties after her battle with cancer recently. Middleton\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/fandomwire.com\/this-is-the-future-queen-talking-to-my-kids-heartwarming-story-about-kate-middleton-comes-out-amid-her-battle-with-cancer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cancer battle took a major toll<\/a> on the family. There have been rumors about the couple\u2019s fourth child, but it appears that the couple might not be considered a fourth child after her health crisis. Even before her health issues, Middleton subtly hinted that they were happy with their three children.<\/p>\n<p>In 2023, Middleton and Baby Bank CEO Rebecca Mistry had an exchange, where the Princess of Wales revealed her thoughts on a fourth child. According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.express.co.uk\/news\/royal\/1762346\/kate-middleton-fourth-child-baby-bank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">The Express<\/a>, Mistry shared that some people get the baby fever when looking at baby clothes, but she \u201clooks at them and thinks I don\u2019t want to go through that again.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Middleton seemed to agree with Mistry as she laughed and shared, \u201cI\u2019ve been there and done that.\u201d However, she earlier expressed her interest in baby number four. During her visit to Northern Ireland in 2019, she shared that she felt \u201cbroody\u201d when she met a baby (<a href=\"https:\/\/people.com\/royals\/kate-middleton-wants-baby-number-four\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">via PEOPLE<\/a>). In January 2020, she made William\u2019s stance clear to a fan, \u201cI don\u2019t think William wants any more [babies].\u201d<\/p>\n<p>During their visit to Lancashire in 2022, when Middleton held a baby girl, William joked, \u201cDon\u2019t give my wife any more ideas!\u201d (<a href=\"https:\/\/people.com\/royals\/kate-middleton-coos-over-baby-prince-william-jokes-dont-give-her-any-ideas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">via PEOPLE<\/a>). She told <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vanityfair.com\/style\/2021\/11\/kate-middleton-london-high-school-early-childhood-development-psychology-class\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Vanity Fair<\/a> that her passion is \u201clearning about how babies\u2019 brains develop and how our early childhood influences the adult brain.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>According to a source to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usmagazine.com\/celebrity-moms\/news\/kate-middleton-may-have-convinced-prince-william-on-baby-no-4\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Us Weekly<\/a> in 2022, Middleton allegedly tried to convince <a href=\"https:\/\/fandomwire.com\/tag\/prince-william\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Prince William<\/a> to expand their family. According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thesun.co.uk\/royals\/35098840\/william-kate-dog-orla-puppies\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">The Sun<\/a>, their black cocker spaniel Orla has given birth to several healthy puppies. A source told the outlet that all the puppies are \u201cdoing well\u201d and that George, Charlotte, and Louis hope to keep them.<\/p>\n<p>The source added, \u201cEveryone loves a new royal baby news and so new royal puppies run very close.\u201d Orla has made appearances with the family on several social media posts, including the video where Middleton announced the completion of her chemotherapy. She was a gift from Middleton\u2019s brother, James, in 2020.<\/p>\n<p>So, it appears that the family is currently happy with the new members.
