She shared her tips for improving her game in this video on Instagram. Paige captioned the post, \u201cHow to get better at golf! Here are a couple easy course management tips to help you lower your scores\u26f3\ufe0f I know we want to always play aggressively but playing smart and disciplined is the way to go!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Paige does a lot of lower body workouts to keep herself in shape. <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer external\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/_paige.renee\/reel\/DCmXkM5Rt5B\/\">In this video on her Instagram<\/a>, she shared one of her favorite workouts to improve her golf game. Paige is seen doing swings while on a towel. She captioned the post, \u201cHere\u2019s an easy at home drill you can do to work on using ground force! Using your legs in your swing will help you hit it longer and more consistent!\u26f3\ufe0f\u201ddf44d9eab23ea271ddde7545ae2c09ec<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Paige answered some diet and workout questions from her Instagram followers on her story, as reported by <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer external\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/lifestyle.si.com\/news\/paige-spiranac-shares-two-ways-she-maintains-her-fit-figure\">Sports Illustrated<\/a>. She says that she currently practices intuitive eating. \u201cRight now, I feel like I am the healthiest and happiest I\u2019ve ever been, and so for me, it\u2019s intuitive eating and not restricting myself\u2026 If I want to have something, I\u2019ll have it. Always in moderation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>On her Instagram stories, as reported by Sports Illustrated, Paige also shared some of her go-to workouts. She says that she does a variety of different things to stay in shape. \u201cI\u2019ve been lifting, I\u2019ve been doing Pilates, yoga, cycling\u2026 I think that\u2019s fun to keep it interesting and different, so like trying new things, listening to your body and seeing what works for you.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In a separate Instagram story Q&amp;A, as reported by <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer external\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mensjournal.com\/news\/paige-spiranac-debuts-brunette-makeover\">Men\u2019s Journal<\/a>, Paige revealed that she intermittently fasts. \u201cI\u2019ve actually dropped almost like 12 pounds and I\u2019m really focusing on intermittent fasting.
