Sheffield Wednesday are in desperate trouble but Simon Jordan might just have the ideal solution to their problems.<\/strong> <\/p>\n Wednesday<\/a> have been hit with a transfer restriction which will see them not able to carry out any transfers that require a fee for the next three windows (BBC Sport<\/a>). <\/p>\n That is currently running alongside a registration embargo meaning the club cannot sign any new players, or free transfers, until they have paid outstanding wages in full. <\/p>\n The English Football League has also charged the club and owner Chansiri over the non-payment of wages. <\/p>\n Chansiri is being urged to sell the club amid the financial chaos<\/a> and Jordan believes he knows the right person to step in. <\/p>\n Wednesday plan to appeal against the decision and speaking to talkSPORT<\/a> (18 June), Jordan believes that is the right verdict.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n MORE FOOTBALL INSIDER STORIES<\/p>\n Jordan said: \u201cThey need to appeal it and find a better solution to it than ultimately being stopped from being able to buy players. <\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m sure they will put their best foot forward and present a plan to the EFL which shows them meeting all their obligations.\u201d <\/p>\n Jordan went on to explain who he thinks should be lining up an offer to take over the club. <\/p>\n \u201cThis is a club that I think have a huge opportunity which is why I was trying to get the Saudis to buy it,\u201d Jordan claimed. <\/p>\n \u201cI was talking to John Textor the other day, if he comes out of Palace I was saying to him that\u2019s the football club you should be buying if you want to buy another English club.\u201d <\/p>\n Jordan then explained why he believes there is big potential in the club and states that Wednesday are purely in trouble due to the owner.<\/p>\n \u201cI think it is a club you can buy and get huge momentum behind,\u201d Jordan said.<\/p>\n \u201cThere is no doubt in my mind that a properly run Sheffield Wednesday with proper energy, proper momentum, proper policies, proper disciplines, proper focus on what it was doing should be a football club operating at the top end of the Championship and looking at the Premier League.\u201d<\/p>\n Football Insider verdict<\/strong><\/p>\n Wednesday were founding members of the Premier League in 1992, but the club have not played in the top flight since dropping out of the division in 2000. <\/p>\n When Chansiri bought the club in 2015, he promised Premier League football would come to Hillsborough by 2017. <\/p>\n They agonisingly lost 1-0 to Hull City in the 2015\/16 play-off final at Wembley and have not come close since to returning to where the club believes it should be. <\/p>\n In the financial turmoil of recent times, manager Danny Rohl has done a remarkable job to keep Wednesday afloat in the Championship. <\/p>\n Rohl\u2019s record at Sheffield Wednesday<\/p>\n A 12th place finish last campaign was commendable and coming close to even a mid-table finish now seems unrealistic next season. <\/p>\n Rohl, if he stays, has his work cut out once again to work more miracles.<\/p>\n Rohl has recently been linked with a move away from the club with Middlesborough<\/a> and Leicester possible destinations for the German.<\/a><\/p>\n Everyone at Wednesday is hoping a positive solution is found sooner rather than later otherwise the
