\n\tMiley Cyrus became the first official guest performer<\/a> to take the stage during Beyonc\u00e9<\/a>\u2018s \u201cCowboy Carter\u201d tour, appearing on Thursday at Paris\u2019 Stade de France to give the live debut of their Grammy-winning duet \u201cII Most Wanted.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tRumors had been circulating earlier in the day that Cyrus, who was in Paris to perform for Spotify\u2019s Billions Club Live, had been spotted soundchecking with Beyonc\u00e9, who was gearing up for the first of three performances in France. Cyrus took the stage deep into the set to perform \u201cII Most Wanted\u201d for the first time, in turn becoming the ongoing tour\u2019s first guest.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cII Most Wanted\u201d was included on Beyonc\u00e9\u2019s \u201cCowboy Carter,\u201d which released in March 2024. The song was released as the third single from the set, continuing on to win the Grammy for best country duo\/group performance.<\/p>\n

\n\tCyrus previously discussed that she had initially written the song roughly two-and-a-half years before it ended up on \u201cCowboy Carter.\u201d \u201cWhen Beyonc\u00e9 reached out to me about music, I thought of it right away because it really encompasses our relationship,\u201d she told W magazine<\/a>. \u201cI told her, \u2018We don\u2019t have to get country; we are country. We\u2019ve been country.\u2019 I said, \u2018You know, between you being from Texas and me being from Tennessee, so much of us is going to be in this song.\u2019 Getting to write a song, not just sing, for Beyonc\u00e9 was a dream come true.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tBeyonc\u00e9 is just past the halfway mark of her \u201cCowboy Carter\u201d world tour, having previously touched down in Los Angeles, Chicago, New Jersey and London.
