{"id":199129,"date":"2025-06-20T06:11:17","date_gmt":"2025-06-20T06:11:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/199129\/"},"modified":"2025-06-20T06:11:17","modified_gmt":"2025-06-20T06:11:17","slug":"brexit-withdrawal-agreement-residency-card-in-france-what-are-your-rights","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/199129\/","title":{"rendered":"Brexit Withdrawal Agreement Residency Card in France: What Are Your Rights?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you were living in France prior to the 31st of December 2020, you should have <a href=\"https:\/\/www.frenchentree.com\/brexit\/applying-for-a-titre-de-sejour\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">applied for your WA residency card<\/a> prior to October 4, 2021.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Two types of card were issued \u2013 a 10-year residency card for those who had already been living in France for more than five years prior to Brexit and a 5-year card for those who had been living in France for less than five years prior to Brexit.
