DALLAS Cowboys icon Troy Aikman claimed he hasn’t hung out with his famous royal neighbors in California.<\/p>\n

Aikman, 58, lives in Montecito just north of Los Angeles.<\/a><\/p>\n

Two of the most famous people to reside in the neighborhood are Prince Harry<\/a> and Meghan Markle.<\/a><\/p>\n

But the ex-Dallas Cowboys<\/a> quarterback hasn’t made friends with the couple.<\/p>\n

“I haven\u2019t run into them,” he told Us Weekly. <\/p>\n

“But they are there from what I can gather. <\/p>\n

“I think anyone with a heartbeat knows that they\u2019re out there. <\/p>\n

“But I\u2019m not hanging with them, that\u2019s for sure.”<\/p>\n

Aikman was promoting his Elite Eight Light Beer when he gave the interview.<\/p>\n

And he joked, “I don’t think they’re drinking much light beer.”<\/p>\n

Prince Harry moved to Montecito, California <\/a>with Meghan Markle in 2020 after stepping back from his role in the Royal Family.<\/p>\n

Aikman has been in the community a lot longer.<\/p>\n

He posted a message on X in 2022 about a maintenance and upkeep issue in the area.<\/p>\n

Aikman said, “I\u2019ve had a love affair with Montecito since I first laid eyes on it in 1996. <\/p>\n

“There\u2019s so much to love about this laid-back coastal community but the medians along Coast Village Road aren\u2019t one of them. <\/p>\n

“I understand\/appreciate h2o conservation but dirt? Seriously? We can do better!”<\/p>\n

Aikman won three Super Bowls<\/a> as quarterback of the Dallas Cowboys.<\/p>\n

He was a former No. 1 overall NFL Draft pick and spent his entire career with the franchise.<\/p>\n

The six-time Pro Bowl star retired in the year 2000 after a legendary career.<\/p>\n

The 58-year-old now calls Monday Night Football games on ESPN alongside Joe Buck.<\/p>\n

The pair were previously Fox’s <\/a>top broadcast team before moving networks.<\/p>\n
