Crystal Palace and England centre-back Marc Guehi has taken to social media as he continues to be linked with a move to Liverpool<\/a>. The Reds have been credited with an interest in signing the England international this summer as they look set to have a busy and big-spending transfer window.<\/p>\n Liverpool are expected to be in the market for a new central defender this summer, with Jarell Quansah<\/a> heading for the exit door. The 24-year-old is currently on holiday in the United States and posted on Instagram a series of photos of himself in New York City.<\/p>\n Guehi accompanied the post with a caption that featured just a red apple emoji, a reference to New York’s popular nickname, ‘The Big Apple’.<\/p>\n The post to Guehi’s 187,000 followers received more than 9,000 likes, including one from former Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson<\/a>.<\/p>\n Liverpool have already been rather busy in the transfer market this summer. Jeremie Frimpong and Armin Pecsi have both been signed by the Reds – and the Premier League<\/a> champions are also looking to complete deals for Florian Wirtz and Milos Kerkez in the next few days.<\/p>\n With the potential of four new signings through the door at Anfield before the end of June, Liverpool still have until September 1 to complete their transfer business.<\/p>\n
