Arsenal stars Bukayo Saka and Declan Rice reacted to a message from Fulham winger Alex Iwobi.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Nigerian international enjoyed the most productive campaign of his career so far last season, netting nine goals and assisting six for the Whites in the Premier League<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Iwobi\u2019s ability to play multiple positions at a high level made him a crucial part of in-demand Marco Silva\u2019s Fulham side<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Naturally a winger, the 29-year-old spent parts of last season in a more central role and even appeared at right wing-back against his former side Arsenal<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The ex-Gunner has developed a habit of showing up in big games for the Whites, as Iwobi tormented Reece James<\/a> when the two West London rivals met.<\/p>\n

And following a season that saw Fulham register their highest ever points total in a Premier League season, the Nigerian star is now taking some time to rest and recover, as the Cottagers eye a place in Europe next season.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Alex Iwobi shares \u2018overseas\u2019 message with Fulham fans<\/strong><\/p>\n

Following a successful season, Iwobi took to Instagram to share a plethora of photos, captioned: \u201cA Breeze, Overseas. With Small Steeze.\u201d<\/p>\n

The post was liked by Arsenal stars Saka and Rice, showing their support for the talented Fulham<\/a> man.<\/p>\n

The most crucial move Fulham needed to make this summer was staving off interest from other clubs in Silva.<\/p>\n

So far, so good. Tottenham<\/a>, Al-Hilal, and Juventus were seemingly the front-runners for the ex-Everton boss, but all of those clubs have now hired alternative options.<\/p>\n

Leeds made a bid of \u00a332m for Rodrigo Muniz<\/a>, but that has also been rejected and the Brazilian will likely feature in a starting role next season, unless another striker is signed.<\/p>\n

Speaking of, after keeping hold of Silva, it would be astonishing and downright silly if owner Shahid Khan failed to adequately back the Portuguese manager in the transfer window.<\/p>\n

Fulham<\/a> were within touching distance of qualification for European football for much of last season, before running out of steam and falling short.<\/p>\n

With a few signings and a more fleshed-out squad, Silva<\/a> is capable of returning the Cottagers to continental football for the first time in nearly two decades, and the Whites\u2019 ownership must not miss their window to do exactly that.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
