Liverpool have officially completed three signings so far this summer, and there is expected to be more on the way. The Reds confirmed the deal to bring Florian Wirtz<\/a> to Anfield<\/a> on Friday night, with the Germany international signing a five-year contract.<\/p>\n Wirtz became the third new addition to Arne Slot’s<\/a> squad following the arrivals of Jeremie Frimpong<\/a> and Armin Pecsi.<\/p>\n Liverpool will also welcome Giorgi Mamardashvili <\/a>from Valencia next month following the deal that was agreed last year.<\/p>\n With Wirtz confirmed as a new signing, attention on the transfer front will now look at which players Liverpool <\/a>could bring to Anfield next. The Reds are close to agreeing a \u00a340million move for the Bournemouth left-back, who has been a target for the Anfield outfit for several months.<\/p>\n In terms of departures, Jarell Quansah<\/a> looks set to be the next major exit<\/a> from Liverpool this summer. Trent Alexander-Arnold<\/a> and Caoimhin Kelleher <\/a>have already left Anfield this month, and now Quansah is close to leaving Anfield.<\/p>\n Quansah is closing in on a \u00a335million deal to join Bayer Leverkusen from Liverpool.<\/p>\n The centre-back made 25 appearances for the Reds last term and could go on to join the 2023\/24 Bundesliga champions, who are in the market for a new central defender following the departure of Jonathan Tah, who has joined Bayern Munich.<\/p>\n If Quansah does go on to leave Liverpool, it’s expected that the Reds will look to sign a new centre-back as a replacement.<\/p>\n Crystal Palace star Marc Guehi has been linked with a move to Anfield, and the ECHO<\/a> understands that signing a young centre-back is now the priority for Liverpool.<\/p>\n Only time will tell what Liverpool will have planned for the rest of the summer transfer window. The Reds have until September 1 to complete their business and build their squad for the first half of the season.<\/p>\n
