An investigation has been launched after a man was found collapsed with a stab wound near Salford Precinct<\/a>.<\/p>\n Police say the 25-year-old was found collapsed at a car park on Hankinson Way, opposite Salford Shopping Centre in Pendleton<\/a>, at around 10.30pm on Friday night (June 20).<\/p>\n Emergency services attended and found the man had suffered a stab wound. He was taken to hospital in a serious condition.<\/p>\n Greater Manchester Police<\/a> says his injuries are not thought to be either life-threatening or life-changing.<\/p>\n A knife was recovered from the scene, but police are yet to establish the circumstances leading up to the man’s collapse.<\/p>\n Witnesses are now being urged to come forward as enquiries continue.<\/p>\n A GMP spokesperson said: “We are investigating reports of how a man came to be injured, after being found collapsed in a car park on Hankinson Way, Salford<\/a> around 10.30pm last night (Friday, June 20 2025).<\/p>\n “The man, aged 25, has been taken to hospital with a suspected stab wound, where he remains.<\/p>\n “His condition is serious, but not thought to be life threatening or changing currently.
