A royal expert has suggested that Prince Harry may have more insight into King Charles III\u2019s health condition than he publicly admits, despite his claims of limited contact with his father.<\/p>\n

Speaking to Edinburgh Live,<\/a> royal correspondent Jennie Bond discussed recent comments made by the Duke of Sussex, particularly his remarks during a candid interview with the BBC. In the interview, Harry voiced concerns about his ability to return to the UK with his children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, due to uncertainty around the King\u2019s prognosis.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe does not believe he can bring his children back to meet their grandfather even though, in his words, he doesn\u2019t know how long his father has got to live,\u201d Bond explained.<\/p>\n

\u201cI presume Harry knows a little bit more than the rest of us about the King\u2019s health,\u201d she speculated, suggesting that Harry may be receiving private updates despite public appearances of estrangement.<\/p>\n

However, Bond also emphasized that trust remains a significant issue between the Duke of Sussex and the wider Royal Family.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe family, they do not trust him to keep private conversations private,\u201d Bond said. \u201cAnd now he\u2019s gone so public with his raw emotions over this, I think that\u2019s going to reinforce that.\u201d<\/p>\n

Harry\u2019s recent BBC interview shed light on his continued emotional distance from the Royal Family and his growing concerns about security and privacy, which he claims prevent him from returning to the UK with his wife, Meghan Markle, and their children.<\/p>\n

\u201cI can\u2019t see a world in which I would be bringing my wife and children back to the UK at this point,\u201d Harry stated during the interview.<\/p>\n

\u201cI love my country, I always have done,\u201d he added. \u201cDespite what some people in that country have done.\u201d<\/p>\n

He also expressed sadness about being unable to share his homeland with his children. \u201cI miss the UK, of course I do. I think that\u2019s really quite sad that I won\u2019t be able to show my children my homeland.\u201d<\/p>\n

The comments highlight the ongoing rift between Prince Harry and the Royal Family\u2014a divide further complicated by his memoir, public interviews, and legal disputes over security arrangements.<\/p>\n

While speculation continues over King Charles\u2019s health and Harry\u2019s access to family updates, it\u2019s clear that the issue of trust remains a key barrier to reconciliation.
