The factions within the British Royal family have been very clearly defined at this point. King Charles and Prince William<\/a> on one side, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle on the other. And everyone\u2019s taking sides in this particular feud. But there\u2019s another feud that has gotten way less attention, and that\u2019s the one between Prince William and his uncle, Prince Andrew<\/a>. Andrew has been mostly away from the spotlight due to his multiple scandals and the interest in his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein.<\/p>\n

Though there\u2019s no denying Prince Andrew will never have a role in the British Royal family again, much less be a working royal, there have been questions about what this means for his daughters, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie. And Princess Beatrice\u2019s newest public appearance only added to that speculation. The Princess was, after all, spotted at Royal Ascot\u2019s kickoff day, but she didn\u2019t take part in the carriage procession with King Charles and Queen Camilla.<\/p>\n

However, reports indicate this was probably for a practical reason, and not because of any kind of deliberate snub. The King and Queen\u00a0arrived at the horse races in a carriage on June 17, part of a tradition that goes back 200 years.\u00a0The procession now serves as the official start of a day at Royal Ascot. There just isn\u2019t that much space in the four carriages that make up the procession for that many people.<\/p>\n

Indeed, People<\/a> reported that Princess Beatrice has ridden in the carriage procession before, but her absence from Tuesday\u2019s parade was likely due to the limited space in the four coaches. The outlet also said she may return to Royal Ascot and take part in the procession later in the week.<\/p>\n

This all comes amid reports that \u201cPrince William has long had a strained and distant relationship with Andrew,\u201d\u00a0according to royal expert Hilary Fordwich\u00a0on\u00a0Fox News Digital<\/a>. She also added that the Prince holds \u201ca grudge against his disgraced uncle.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cAndrew\u2019s future within the royal family is beyond bleak, since Prince William is firmly opposed to any public rehabilitation with no foreseeable path back,\u201d Fordwich claimed. \u201cHe wants Andrew to vanish from public view.\u201d<\/p>\n

This has led to speculation about what role Princess Beatrice<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Princess Eugenie<\/a> could play in the future. But they, apparently, are not considered as extensions of their father in any way.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen William ascends the throne,\u00a0Beatrice and Eugenie<\/a>\u00a0will be valuable assets, and I\u2019m certain they will get involved with royal duties. It makes perfect sense, because he will need them,\u201d\u00a0Ingrid Seward, royal author and editor-in-chief of Majesty Magazine, told\u00a0Hello!<\/a>.<\/p>\n

As for the two, they reportedly would not say no to being more involved. \u201cI think they would be open to doing more, because they like to give back,\u201d\u00a0the outlet also reported.\u00a0\u201cThey have always been close to William, and the King is very fond of them too.<\/p>\n

So all is well with Prince Beatrice, Prince William, and King Charles. The same cannot be said for her father.<\/p>\n
