Furuhashi. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Back in January, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.67hailhail.com\/news\/kyogo-told-celtic-risk-was-worth-taking-despite-disallowed-champions-league-goal-vs-young-boys\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kyogo was playing for Celtic<\/a> in the Champions League, yet by August of the new 2025\/26 season, he could be in England\u2019s second tier and at Birmingham City. <\/p>\n<p>Many in Glasgow were surprised when <a href=\"https:\/\/www.67hailhail.com\/transfers\/priority-project-of-new-stade-rennais-sporting-director-revealed-with-celtic-hero-kyogo-at-its-heart\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kyogo left in the winter<\/a>, not just midway through the campaign, but also for a relegation-threatened side in France. <\/p>\n<p>It has proven to be a nightmare spell for the Japan star at Rennes, who only managed 120 minutes of football, without finding the back of the net. <\/p>\n<p>But now there are suggestions that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.67hailhail.com\/tag\/kyogo-furuhashi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kyogo<\/a> could be back on British soil, and playing under a former <a href=\"https:\/\/www.67hailhail.com\/club\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Celtic<\/a> coach at Birmingham.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" loading=\"lazy\" href=\"https:\/\/www.67hailhail.com\/news\/how-brendan-rodgers-ambitious-ex-celtic-deputy-has-smashed-efl-manager-records-with-time-to-spare-future-hoops-boss\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Chris Davies helped Birmingham earn promotion<\/a> from League One to the Championship last season.<\/p>\n<p>The Blues, who have backing from NFL legend Tom Brady, have a big pot of money to spend, and there are suggestions that Kyogo is in their sights. <\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Birmingham City have expressed an interest in Rennes striker Kyogo Furuhashi. <\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s understood <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/BCFC?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">#BCFC<\/a> have made initial contact to explore the conditions of a possible transfer. <\/p>\n<p>Kyogo left Celtic for Rennes in a deal worth \u00a310m in January, but struggled for game time last term. <a Tweet<\/p>\n<p>All of this talk has got the Birmingham fans excited, and many of them have highlighted his spell at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.67hailhail.com\/club\/stadium\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Celtic Park<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>It was rightfully mentioned on social media by the Blues fans that Kyogo was \u2018underrated\u2019, and how he had high-class movement inside the penalty area. <\/p>\n<p>And if some didn\u2019t know much about the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.67hailhail.com\/match\/celtic-break-record-at-rivals-expense-king-kyogo-three-things-we-learned-as-bhoys-win-treble\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Treble-winner at
