Sir Brian May<\/a> is currently Stateside, having spent some time in Los Angeles and Las Vegas.<\/p>\n

In between the two city stops, the Queen guitar legend flew on a private jet to Palm Springs with 22-year-old Benson Boone.<\/p>\n

It turns out that the 77-year-old rocker was making a cameo appearance during the young singer\u2019s Coachella set over the weekend.<\/p>\n

Sporting a Freddie Mercury<\/a> moustache, King\u2019s robe and Elvis jumpsuit, Boone sang Queen<\/a>\u2019s epic anthem Bohemian Rhapsody<\/a>.<\/p>\n

That was before Sir Brian was raised on stage performing his iconic guitar riff in collaboration with a new singer following in the footsteps of Adam Lambert and Paul Rodgers<\/a>. Check out the footage below!<\/p>\n

It seems likely this is a one-off though, so Queen fans shouldn\u2019t worry that Boone\u2019s replacing Lambert anytime soon. On Instagram<\/a>, Sir Brian posted: \u201cBenson Boone \u2013 a truly golden 22 year old prodigy. I’m proud and happy to say we are now officially pals.\u201d Meanwhile, in a later post, he admitted just how \u201cawestruck\u201d he was by the rising star.<\/p>\n

Sir Brian added: \u201cI\u2019m still reeling from last night at Coachella. Thanks to all of you folks who made it feel so special — you know who you are !!!! And this particular way of concluding Bohemian Rhapsody will be hard to beat in the years to come !!! Thanks. And for Benson and his entire team, I have no words.
