On Thursday, June 19,\u00a0The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills<\/a>\u00a0ex-couple hopped on Instagram to send heartfelt birthday wishes to their oldest son,\u00a0Gavin Nassif<\/a>.\u00a0Adrienne\u00a0posted a carousel that showed the now 22-year-old smiling before his white\u00a0birthday cake decorated with green piping and assorted berries. The former Housewife concluded the post with\u00a0an adorable throwback photo of herself and her firstborn.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe blinked and he grew up!\u201d she captioned the\u00a0June 19<\/a>\u00a0Instagram. \u201cStill feels like yesterday.\u00a0Happy Birthday, my sweet Gavin.\u201d<\/p>\n

Paul Nassif celebrates son Gavin Nassif’s 22nd birthday<\/p>\n

Paul celebrated the occasion by posting a photo of his recent golf day with Gavin. The snap showed the father and son standing on the course alongside Paul and\u00a0Adrienne\u2019s youngest boys, 19-year-old twins\u00a0Collin and Christian Nassif<\/a>.<\/p>\n

“Happy Birthday\u00a0to my oldest, [Gavin],\u201d\u00a0Paul wrote<\/a>.\u00a0\u201cI marvel at how amazing of a big brother you\u2019ve become to all of your siblings. You truly make me so proud to be your father. There\u2019s nobody like you; your kindness and empathy make everybody who meets you feel welcome and safe\u2026 I love you more than you know. \u2043 Dad.\u201d<\/p>\n

What are Adrienne Maloof and Paul Nassif’s sons up to these days?<\/p>\n

Fans got an update on Gavin back in May, when\u00a0Adrienne\u00a0chatted with\u00a0Us Weekly<\/a>\u00a0at the \u201cIt\u2019s Up to Us\u201d women\u2019s health event. She told the outlet that Gavin was enrolled at\u00a0San Diego State University<\/a>\u00a0and was exploring a career in the movie industry.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Collin and Christian are attending\u00a0Southern Methodist University and the University of Southern California, respectively, and just completed their freshman year. Both students are members of the Sigma Chi fraternity and are studying\u00a0business and finance.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cThey\u2019re all in college now, so I\u2019m an empty nester,\u201d\u00a0Adrienne\u00a0said about her boys.\u00a0\u201cBut they\u2019re doing wonderful.\u201d<\/p>\n

While\u00a0Adrienne\u00a0is in full empty-nester mode, Paul still has plenty of time before he reaches that chapter. About seven years after\u00a0divorcing\u00a0Adrienne<\/a>, the plastic surgeon\u00a0tied the knot with<\/a>\u00a0Brittany Pattakos<\/a>. The couple\u00a0welcomed their first child together<\/a>\u00a0\u2014 a daughter named\u00a0Paulina Anne Nassif \u00a0\u2014 in October 2020, and\u00a0welcomed baby No. 2<\/a>\u00a0\u2014 a son named\u00a0Paul Michael Nassif Jr. \u2014 in January 2025.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Paul reflected on his blended-family life in a June 15 Instagram post for Father\u2019s Day. He shared photos of himself and his oldest boys, as well as a snap of him, Brittany, and their young kids.<\/p>\n
