And it appears The Animal might be lined up for a role in an upcoming sequel for Amazon and MGM Studios.<\/p>\n<p>According to <a href=\"https:\/\/variety.com\/2025\/film\/columns\/dave-bautista-road-house-2-1236436936\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Marc Malkin of Variety<\/a>, Dave Bautista has been offered a role in the upcoming Roadhouse sequel. <\/p>\n<p>MGM Studios\u2019 reboot of Roadhouse streamed exclusively on Amazon Prime Video and starred Jake Gyllenhaal and Conor McGregor. <\/p>\n<p>The original director, Doug Liman, will be replaced by Guy Ritchie after a very public falling out with the studio over Amazon\u2019s decision not to give the reboot a theatrical run. <\/p>\n<p>While the movie was a success for the streaming platform, the 2024 reboot only scored a 60% on Rotten Tomatoes with a 52% audience score.<\/p>\n<p>Bautista\u2019s reps did not respond to Variety when reached out to for comment on the report. <\/p>\n<p>Stay tuned to WrestleZone for more information as it becomes available.<\/p>\n<p><strong>READ MORE:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wrestlezone.com\/news\/1560839-dave-bautista-hollywood-wwe-grind\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dave Bautista: Hollywood Is A \u2018Cakewalk\u2019 Compared To The Grind Of Pro Wrestling<\/a><\/p>\n<p>What do you make of this report?
