Kensington Palace has just released a short film focusing on the importance of spending time in nature for bettering health and wellbeing, and Kate Middleton<\/a> stands beside Joint President of Scouts Dwayne Fields on a visit to the Lake District.<\/p>\n

The Princess of Wales<\/a> looks ready for time spent outdoors this spring as she sports a surprising new look\u2013 one that looks worlds away from the pretty ‘Middy’ dresses we’re used to seeing her in. Wearing a recycled khaki-green Bella Hoskyns Bomber Jacket (she previously wore it for her Mother’s Day portrait in 2024) paired with laid-back and practical jeans, Kate is the picture of outdoorsy health.<\/p>\n

But the statement flat cap truly crowns off the look, sealing her new Peaky Blinders-esque aesthetic. During their conversation, Her Royal Highness and Dwayne discussed how spending time in nature can help us deepen our connections with ourselves and each other while building our empathy, resilience, and sense of belonging. The two also discussed the impact being in nature can have on young people, building their confidence and skills for later life.<\/p>\n
