From a \u00a359 million townhouse in <a data-link-tracking=\"InArticle|Link\" title=\"London\" href=\"https:\/\/www.express.co.uk\/latest\/london\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">London<\/a> to a historic church in Bradford and a Grade II listed home with a bizarre bathtub, the list features some unique properties.<\/p>\n<p>According to Colleen Babcock, a property expert at <a data-link-tracking=\"InArticle|Link\" title=\"Rightmove\" href=\"https:\/\/www.express.co.uk\/latest\/rightmove\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rightmove<\/a>, Brits spent over 16.4 billion minutes on the housing platform last year, and the most viewed ranged from \u00a3875,000 to a staggering \u00a359,950,000. Ms Babcock said: \u201cFrom a stiletto-shaped bathtub abode in Conwy to a restored historic church in Bradford, this year\u2019s most viewed homes so far on Rightmove highlight the unique charm and diversity of the UK housing market.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Historic house in Conwy, Wales, \u00a3875,000<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s easy to understand why this property was so clickable once you see the eye-catching bathtub, which resembles a gigantic stiletto shoe.\u00a0This modern addition says nothing about the origin of the property, having been dated back to 1441-2.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>This intriguing Grade II listed residence in <a data-link-tracking=\"InArticle|Link\" title=\"I visited magical seaside town with castle walls and Britain&#039;s tiniest house\" href=\"https:\/\/www.express.co.uk\/travel\/uk\/2033346\/i-visited-magical-walled-market-town-just-over-hour-s-drive-from-liverpool\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Conwy<\/a> town, which underwent a renovation with Listed Building compliance in 2008 to 2015, is just a short walk from the castle and historic quayside.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A restored church in Bradford, \u00a31,395,000<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A restored St. Paul\u2019s church, built in 1846 in the village of Denholme, also made the cut, possibly for the fact it has an original bell tower.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The Grade II listed building has been modernised, but still features the church&#8217;s arched windows, adding to its unique character.
