Police swooped on an Edinburgh city centre street on the evening of Sunday, June 22.<\/p>\n
Vans and cars were seen on Rose Street just off Edinburgh’s Princes Street on Sunday evening.<\/p>\n
The vehicles were spotted around 4.15pm by a passersby on the road near Santander.<\/p>\n

The reason for the presence is not currently known.<\/p>\n A witness told Edinburgh Live: “Police were coming from everywhere. I was out shopping and I heard sirens.
