They wanted to bring home the cuisine and add a traditional Scottish twist.<\/p>\n<p>The awards were hosted at The Pitt Market, which hosts a cluster of street food stalls in Granton.<\/p>\n<p>On The Pitt&#8217;s Instagram, a post read: &#8220;It\u2019s been a blowout weekend full of great food (and strong winds), but we\u2019ve had an amazing time hosting some incredible culinary talent here at The Pitt!
