Development Executive (Young Housing Professionals) is to provide support to Share students through the delivery of qualifications, assessment support and supervision, with responsibility for data monitoring and compliance for the respective accredited bodies. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>This role will primarily be concerned with qualifications and training aimed at young and new housing professionals, with opportunities to support other areas of learning as the role develops.<\/p>\n<p>The role will also lead our Young Housing Professionals Network, support our annual Young Housing Professionals Conference, and build our eLearning offering.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main tasks of the role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The main tasks of the role include:<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u2022 Assessing and supporting our Modern Apprentices in Housing, specifically through delivery of SVQ Level 2 in Housing and Core skills, including registration and induction of learners, and processing payment claims<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u2022 Delivering CIH SCQF Level 5 in Housing; including preparation of content, registration and induction of learners, monitoring and marking of submissions\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u2022 Delivery of other relevant training and learning\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u2022 Ensuring compliance with various accreditation bodies, conducting regular internal audits of data in compliance with contractual and legal obligations (eg GDPR)<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u2022 Conducting Annual Quality Assurance review for MA provision and implementing improvement actions<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u2022 Supporting MA\u2019s in development of meta skills through delivery of regular training workshops and reviews<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u2022 Lead the Young Housing Professionals Network, securing venues and speakers for quarterly meetings, and supporting marketing of this<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u2022 Provide regular assistance to the marketing team in the creation of content aimed at Young Housing Professionals or their line managers<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u2022 Create eLearning materials designed to support students and the wider Share audience<\/p>\n<p>The main areas of responsibility of the role include:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Assessment and Training Delivery\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u2022 Ensuring regular, supportive communication with all Modern Apprentices, in order to support their qualification journey<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u2022 Delivery of high-quality training and development support to new housing professionals on a 1-2-1 or group basis<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u2022 Build internal resources at Share so that we can provide holistic training support to young or new housing professionals through eLearning creation and workshop delivery \u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Data Monitoring and Compliance\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u2022 Maintain systems and processes to ensure a high level of data integrity in line with our contractual obligations to the relevant accredited bodies<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u2022 Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits for relevant accredited bodies<\/p>\n<p><strong>Network and Relationship Building\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u2022 Promote the Young Housing Professionals Network by sourcing engaging speakers, and supporting the marketing of this<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u2022 Build network to support employers in recruitment, retention and support of YHP<\/p>\n<p><strong>Other<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u2022 Support events teams in creation of programme for Annual Young Housing Professionals Conference<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u2022 Create blogs and articles to support YHP and their employers<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u2022 Any other duties considered reasonable within the general level of responsibility attached to this post<\/p>\n<p>The responsibilities and tasks outlined within this job description are designed to provide a guide for applicants on the nature of the role but is not exhaustive. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>About you<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We have listed below some qualifications, qualities, experience, skills and knowledge that successful candidates should have, we have highlighted any desirable criteria, all others are essential.
