Everton will be looking to strengthen in their wide areas, as it looks like Jack Harrison won\u2019t be returning.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Harrison<\/a> didn\u2019t have the best two-year spell at Everton<\/a> as the winger didn\u2019t quite capture the eye of David Moyes<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Despite this, Moyes could go back in for Harrison<\/a>, even though the 28-year-old has returned to his parent club, Leeds United.<\/p>\n

Recently, Harrison was spotted with Orel Mangala<\/a> in what could be a hint at a possible return for both players.<\/p>\n

There has been nothing concrete, but that doesn\u2019t mean Moyes will stay away from Leeds, as Dan James has now appeared on Everton\u2019s radar.<\/p>\n

The Leeds winger and Wales international is well known around the Premier League.<\/p>\n

This is after his stint with Manchester United, but the 27-year-old made the jump to Leeds in 2021 for \u00a325m.<\/p>\n

Last campaign, James was Leeds\u2019 player of the season, having an involvement in 21 goals, and explains why he\u2019s back in the top flight.<\/p>\n

But whether that is with Leeds is another question, as Moyes wants a new right-winger<\/a> in his squad.<\/p>\n

TEAMtalk<\/a> have now revealed that with the winger out of contract at Elland Road in June 2026, several clubs, which include \u2018long-term admirers\u2019, Everton, have been alerted to a possible cut-price deal for the electric forward.<\/p>\n

However, it\u2019s been made fairly clear that James\u2019 priority remains on staying at Leeds, and with talks continuing over a new deal, Leeds have a growing belief that the 27-year-old wants to remain with a fresh two-year deal on the table.<\/p>\n

Of course, the step-up from the second tier to the top flight is a stark contrast, but luckily for James, he\u2019s been there and done it.<\/p>\n

After being bought by Ole Gunnar Solskjaer at United in 2019, James made an instant impact, showing the ability he can bring to Moyes\u2019 plans.<\/p>\n

His time at United ended up fizzing out, but it seems his career is having a resurgence at Leeds, and The Friedkin Group<\/a> should try and tempt the Welshman to join.<\/p>\n

James\u2019 lightning pace is what makes him a special tool, and Moyes could end up having the Welshman and Iliman Ndiaye<\/a> on both wings, which provides a real threat.<\/p>\n
