instructed by Birmingham City Council to sell the former Trittiford Learning Centre, at 109-111 Trittiford Road in Moseley, in its livestreamed auction on Thursday May 15.<\/p>\n<p><img Bassi, chief executive of Bond Wolfe, said: \u201cThe building needs refurbishment, but is a substantial vacant freehold former education and training centre and may be suitable for redevelopment, subject to planning permission.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The former adult education centre is surrounded by a mix of residential and commercial properties.<\/p>\n<p>The ground floor includes a main hall, 21 rooms and offices of varying size, store rooms, four WCs and two conservatories.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\"
