The entertainment company has paid a fortune in location fees to erect its sets next to Windsor Castle in Berkshire \u2014 with the money going towards maintaining the park.<\/p>\n
King Charles, who is Ranger of Windsor Great Park, is said to have been made aware but is set to be on his Balmoral estate in Scotland during filming.<\/p>\n
Windsor Great Park is owned by Crown Estates and the King gets 25 per cent of its annual profits.<\/p>\n

Picture: Chris Jackson\/Getty Images<\/p>\n While the exact fee is not known, a source told The Sun: \u201cSeveral million pounds is chicken feed to Marvel when their movies make billions.<\/p>\n \u201cBut the money will go to the upkeep of Windsor Great Park so the King of course has a keen interest.<\/p>\n \u201cSome of the profits of Crown Estates make their way to the Royal Family so it\u2019s a win-win for everyone.<\/p>\n \u201cThe Royal Family may even be persuaded to pop by and have a look at Thor in action.\u201d<\/p>\n According to planning documents, filming will involve up to 300 crew and cast members. <\/p>\n Although the scenes to be shot at Windsor and the actors involved in them are being kept under wraps, the files show one set is listed as Luke Cage\u2019s House and the other is Annie Reynolds\u2019 House.<\/p>\n The upcoming Marvel film boasts an all-star cast including Chris Hemsworth as Thor.<\/p>\n Cage is the alter-ego of Power Man with superhuman strength and unbreakable skin, while Reynolds is thought to be a new character as the mother of Sentry.<\/p>\n Exclusive photos show a 1960s-style US house for Cage that has already been built.<\/p>\n The blockbuster boasts an all-star cast including Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Tom Hiddleston as Loki and Sir Ian McKellan returning as Magneto.<\/p>\n The Royal Family has a keen interest in film.
