{"id":212248,"date":"2025-06-25T04:46:11","date_gmt":"2025-06-25T04:46:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/212248\/"},"modified":"2025-06-25T04:46:11","modified_gmt":"2025-06-25T04:46:11","slug":"western-australian-racing-to-join-racing-com","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/212248\/","title":{"rendered":"Western Australian racing to join Racing.com"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"margin-left:240px;\"><strong>Joint statement from Racing Victoria and Racing WA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Racing Victoria (RV) and Racing WA have today announced a multi-year deal that will see Western Australian thoroughbred racing broadcast on Racing.com from next week.<\/p>\n<p>Commencing with Northam on Wednesday, 2 July 2025, WA thoroughbred meetings will be broadcast nationally on all Racing.com channels, in a win for punters and racing enthusiasts.<\/p>\n<p>Racing.com will integrate Racing WA\u2019s broadcast of WA racing, including on-course hosts, pre and post-race analysis, into its existing broadcast alongside premium Victorian racing, as well as South Australia, Hong Kong and feature international meetings.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The new partnership will also see WA racing feature on Racing.com\u2019s growing digital platforms alongside the lead Victorian product with analysis and tips for WA race meetings and major news stories.<\/p>\n<p>The announcement comes a fortnight after RV and the Seven Network announced a long-term extension and deepening of their broadcast partnership which will see Racing.com continue as Australia\u2019s only 24\/7 free-to-air sporting channel for another five years from 1 July 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Racing.com is broadcast nationally on free-to-air Channel 78 (metropolitan) and Channel 68 (regional), streamed via 7plus, Kayo and Racing.com digital platforms, and shown on Foxtel subscription Channel 529. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cRacing.com plays a pivotal role showcasing Victorian thoroughbred racing nationally and our partnerships with other states helps to build audience and engagement through our breadth of content,&#8221; RV Executive General Manager \u2013 Media, Content and Marketing, Andy Hoad said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re delighted to welcome WA thoroughbred racing onto Racing.com and we expect it to be embraced by punters nationwide, who can now continue to enjoy quality live racing once the action has finished on the east coast.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRacing.com boasts an amazing suite of racing.
