Over the next three years, they will allocate \u00a310 million (equivalent to $13.44 million) annually to support British gaming startups.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"foobox\" href=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/hogwarts-legacy-Velikobritaniya.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-231518 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/hogwarts-legacy-Velikobritaniya.jpg\" alt=\"The UK will allocate \u00a330 million ($40.3 million) to gaming startups over three years\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The funds will be directed to the specialized UK Games Fund, which will then provide grants to developers.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, the UK aims to establish a national video game council consisting of representatives from the gaming industry. This council will work closely with the government to further develop the sector.<\/p>\n<p>All these initiatives are being implemented under the Games Growth Package, which is itself part of the broader Creative Industries Sector Plan aimed at supporting the UK\u2019s creative industries.
