Good afternoon. We herald a blockbuster beginning. We herald the end (of a long, long wait). We herald\u2026 The Fantastic Four: First Steps<\/a>. Yes, it\u2019s very nearly clobberin\u2019 time now, with the arrival of Marvel\u2019s First Family in the MCU just a month away \u2013 and since that release date rapidly approaching, we have a final fantastic trailer teasing the arrival of Reed Richards, Sue and Johnny Storm, and Ben Grimm. This time around, we not only get fresh glimpses of Galactus heading to chomp on this alternative Earth \u2013 we also see a bit of Mr. Fantastic\u2019s stretchy powers in action, something that hasn\u2019t featured extensively in the film\u2019s marketing so far. Take a look.<\/p>\n

Fantastic phwoar! It\u2019s been something of a rocky year for Marvel so far \u2013 with both Captain America: Brave New World<\/a> and Thunderbolts*<\/a> struggling to set the box office alight (despite particularly good reviews for the latter). But this is by far the studio\u2019s biggest one to get right \u2013 can they do justice to some of the most important comic book characters of all time? And will audiences go for it? Considering the stellar cast \u2013 Pedro Pascal! Vanessa Kirby! Joseph Quinn! Ebon Moss-Bachrach! \u2013 poppy retro-futurist visuals, and sheer excitement at a Fantastic Four movie done properly, it\u2019s all pointing in the right direction. Oh, and did we mention that The Thing has a rock beard in this trailer? That\u2019s worth showing up for.<\/p>\n
